ANARA Binh Tien is entering a phase of accelerated construction with the goal of exceeding scheduled milestones. Currently, over 1.000 workers are engaged across three shifts, focusing on finalizing key zones such as the Swiss-Belvillas SOLAVITA for luxury hospitality operations and completing SOLARI model villas to welcome visitors by Q1 – 2025.
Swiss-Belvillas SOLAVITA:
Sales Gallery and Office: Completion of second-floor walls, ongoing plastering of the third floor, and external surface treatments.
Landscaping: Rapid progress with the planting of green spaces, installation of flower beds along sidewalks, and paving of parks. Soil preparation for planting is well underway.
SOLAVITA Villas: Garden landscaping finalized, installation of bedroom and bathroom furnishings completed, and finishing touches on ceiling louvers and wooden interiors.
Pavilion Lake Area: Infrastructure finalized; tiling of swimming pools in progress; floor plastering, and auxiliary structures for the floating restaurant ongoing.
The model villas SOLARI —Eden Villa (Garden), Crest Villa (Beachfront), and Fairway Villa (Golf)—at SOLARI are nearing completion, with work on fences, swimming pools, stone cladding, plaster ceilings, and key interior elements.
Pathway Landscaping: Underway with soil grading and the planting of tropical trees such as Palms, Osaka, and Rosewood. The Pathway paving features basalt cubic stones and granite tiles, crafting a resort space that is both artistic and of high value.
SOLARI Biosphere Villas: Finalizing roofing, interior wall construction, and pool installation, adhering to the project timeline.
Eco-Friendly Materials: The louvered window system is an exclusive bespoke design in Vietnam, featuring Kogen aluminium frames from Germany and modified ashwood louvers. Interior elements are crafted from premium-grade natural wood, delivering exceptional durability and a refined aesthetic in the signature Tropical Modern aesthetic, ensuring durability and elegance in the coastal environment.
