After more than two years of commercial operation in its first phase, ANARA Binh Tien has made significant strides in infrastructure and landscape construction and development.
Overview of ANARA Binh Tien
With a clear vision and sustainable development strategy, the investor of ANARA Binh Tien has meticulously planned and invested in its infrastructure. The entire Biosphere Resort spans nearly 200 hectares, boasting a prime “mountain-backed, water-facing” location, with the majestic Nui Chua National Park on one side and the poetic Binh Tien Bay on the other. Therefore, ANARA Binh Tien is often likened to a precious gem hidden within Binh Tien beach – one of Vietnam’s most beautiful “Four Binh” (a quartet of islands including Binh Hung, Binh Lap, Binh Ba, and Binh Tien).
The project is being developed by NALUX Development – a professional real estate developer. Starting with a Biosphere Resort project like ANARA Binh Tien, NALUX Development chose a challenging path, aiming to develop ANARA Binh Tien to meet high standards within the real estate industry. Accordingly, ANARA Binh Tien includes an 18-hole international standard golf course and a series of amenities befitting a high-end resort.
Current Development Status
Currently, the Resort has completed all of its infrastructure, including internal roads, power transmission lines, and telecommunications systems, forming an initial foundation for the comprehensive construction of each functional zone for leisure, commerce, and entertainment throughout the entire Resort.
At the heart of the Resort is the 18-hole golf course, covering 80 hectares and currently the first international standard golf course in Ninh Thuan. Commercially operational since April 2022, the golf course now attracts numerous golfers, tourists, and hosts many major tournaments in Vietnam. Many professional and amateur golf enthusiasts choose ANARA Binh Tien Golf Club for its 5-star amenities and stunning natural surroundings.
Additionally, the Lakeside Hotel and Villa complex has already commenced operations. With expansive views of the golf course, it serves as accommodation for tourists and golf enthusiasts.
Future Plans
In the near future, the project developer is accelerating progress to complete the first resort subdivision named SOLARI, which will comprise 99 villas offering valuable views of the sea, the central garden, and the golf course. Furthermore, restaurants, entertainment areas, and a range of 5-star wellness facilities will soon be implemented to enhance the amenities available to visitors.
